01 — Ravenscroft Economics
THE WORLD CHANGED.
DID THE ASSUMPTIONS
CHANGE WITH IT?
02 — The practice
Organisations make important decisions using information, assumptions and professional advice available at the time. Circumstances change. Markets shift, regulations evolve, technologies develop and previously separate risks begin to interact. The question is whether the assumptions behind today’s decisions still hold.
Ravenscroft Economics provides independent applied-economic diagnostic assessments to help decision-makers examine consequential questions that may have remained unanswered. These may concern known risks, risks not yet recognised, or opportunities that have not yet been identified.
03 — How we work
We begin with a defined initial assessment. Further work is considered only where the evidence justifies it. Each stage has its own scope and decision point: proceed, pause or stop.
